來來來大家聽我分享第一次吃到烏金雪磚餅的新奇體驗，原本室友就不太喜歡海洋的食材，我問他要不要吃棉花糖餅乾，給咬一口看看，棉軟香甜的烏金雪磚餅咬下會有表面烏魚子的香氣出來，竟然說還可以！然後問我那是什麼，只好笑笑的走開～要是被室友知道我讓他吃魚子他可能會叫我睡客廳（希望他的咕狗翻譯不要太給力）
👉如果有人不敢嘗試烏魚子可以先從這款餅乾入手喔！比起傳統烏魚子更沒有腥味，加上雪磚餅本身奶香很足，吃得出牛奶跟餅乾的扎實口感，越咬越香且不膩口，鹹鹹甜甜還能品嚐到烏魚子的淡雅香氣耶！

1.5公分厚的烏金雪磚餅不僅咬下都是奶香，每一口都有堅果耶！真的用料不錯！很實在！建議可以先舔一下表面的烏魚子感受一下再咬！

有了青蔥吃下去有種青蔥蘇打卻又棉蜜香甜的錯覺！又甜又鹹我好喜歡耶！蔥味十足！甜鹹剛好🌿
👉怎麼吃：獨立包裝，不用擔心珍貴的烏魚子雪磚餅因氣候受潮變軟，
吃法1：直接食用，直接感受4公分大方塊的香酥。
吃法2：稍微放入烤箱或氣炸鍋160度加熱3～4分鐘（建議多一點一起烤），回烤後味道更香更酥軟，牙口不好的長輩和小朋友可以考慮這種方式喔！
