It’s a cultural noodles restaurant located in Banchiao alley and owned by chef Shang Kai. Lots of people who love soy sauce dried noodles just like me visit here, even it’s hidden in street. ☺️
🔹Oil Onion Noodles $95
The elastic noodles with sauce in the bottom and there are full of little spicy crispy oil onion, green onion, the combination is perfect for someone loves onion. 🙌
🔹Mapo Cold Tofu Noodles $109
The mapo sauce is just like flavor that mom makes. 😍 Not only sauce in it, there are many minced meat. Using soft and thin noodles which is easy to attach bit spicy sauce, combining with cold and delicate tofu, it’s tasted light overall.
🔹Braised Beef Noodles $100
You could smell braised beef flavor in the air even don’t start to eat it. This is just like the old fashion dried noodles which is chewy and elastic. There’s also a bowl of soup cooked by bones and vegetables, that’s very light and easy to relieve greasy.
