做法:
1. 蝦仁擦乾後跟米酒白胡椒粉抓醃。
2. 熱鍋爆香薑末蒜末,加入蝦子煎到兩面金黃,加入洋蔥絲快炒,倒入醬料炒出醬香,隨著自己喜歡濃稠度收汁,最後撒蔥花。

Halal white shrimp, rice wine, white pepper powder
Sliced onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped scallions.
ketchup, white vinegar, and sugar (2 tbsp each)
Instructions:
13Pat shrimp dry and marinate with rice wine and white pepper.
2.Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until golden. Add onions, stir-fry briefly, then pour in the sauce. Reduce until slightly thickened. garnish with scallions and serve.
