雞肝、豆薯、蝦
鹽巴、味精、蒜頭、辣椒
做法:
1. 豆薯削皮刨絲,雞肝跟蝦蓉處理好備用
2. 蒜頭辣椒爆香,雞肝下去炒到半凝固的樣子加入蝦蓉炒香,然後加入豆薯絲快炒才會保持脆口,最後調味即可

📜 Jicama Stir-fried Chicken Liver

Ingredients: chicken liver, jicama, shrimp paste
Seasoning: salt, MSG, garlic, chili
Steps:
- Peel and shred jicama. Prep chicken liver and shrimp paste.
- Sauté garlic & chili, stir-fry liver until half-cooked. Add shrimp paste, then toss in jicama and stir-fry quickly to keep it crunchy. Season and serve!
