右手開刀後快兩個月後,六月開始定期回馬偕復健,復健完的午后時光,會和媽媽一起散步去吃點下午茶,算是犒賞她一路陪我,也慰勞自己一下🤣。生活圈剛好在新竹動物園附近,某天經過發現這間新開的小店「有圓甜點 you&_Pâtisserie」正在試營運,立刻找媽媽一起來踩點。這主打法式甜點,店內甜點每日現做、口味精緻,甚至有新竹少見的甜點款式——聖多諾黑(Saint Honoré),無論你是甜點控,還是想找個下午茶好去處,這間絕對值得收藏!

Since June, I’ve been going back to Mackay Hospital for regular rehabilitation. After each session, my mom and I like to take a walk and enjoy a little afternoon tea together—it’s a small reward for her company and for myself too 🤣. We live near Hsinchu Zoo, and one day while passing by, we noticed a newly opened dessert shop, you&_Pâtisserie, which had just started its soft opening. Naturally, I brought my mom along to check it out. The shop specializes in French-style desserts, with a small but refined selection made fresh daily. One of their highlights is the Saint Honoré, a classic pastry that’s rarely seen in Hsinchu. Whether you're a dessert lover or just looking for a cozy spot for tea, this place is definitely worth bookmarking.

有圓甜點交通資訊    

有圓甜點位在動物園對面的博愛街邊,博愛街與食品路上皆有停車格,滿位時亦可停在體育館前停車場(210公尺,步行約3分鐘)或是動物園地下停車場(290公尺,步行約4分鐘)。但好天氣的假日傍晚前算是一位難求,大家可以選擇外帶或是避開車潮前往。

you&_Pâtisserie is located on Bo’ai Street, right across from the zoo. Street parking is available along Bo’ai Street and Shipin Road. If full, you can also park at the Hsinchu Sports Center (210m, about a 3-minute walk) or the zoo’s underground parking lot (290m, about a 4-minute walk). On sunny weekends, however, parking can be very competitive—consider visiting during off-peak hours or simply opt for takeout.

有圓甜點用餐環境    

有圓甜點的用餐環境不算大,目前店內僅設有五桌座位,整體空間偏小巧精緻,裝潢走的是極簡風格,沒有過多花俏的擺設,保留了清爽舒適的氛圍。店面一側有大片落地窗,陽光灑進來時光影斑斕,還能望見窗外的一絲綠意,替整體空間增添幾分溫柔與閒適感。不過相對來說,因為店內空間較小、牆面光滑,加上座位彼此靠得比較近,若遇上客人較多的時段,環境會顯得稍微吵雜,聲音容易反射產生些微回音。建議想安靜享受甜點的朋友可以挑平日下午或離峰時段前往,體驗會更愜意自在。

The shop itself is quite small, with only five tables indoors. The interior is minimalist in design—clean, simple, and unpretentious. A large floor-to-ceiling window lets in natural light and offers a view of some greenery outside, adding a touch of calm and softness to the space. However, due to the compact layout, smooth walls, and close seating arrangement, the room can get a little noisy and echoey when crowded. If you’re looking for a quiet dessert moment, I recommend visiting on a weekday afternoon or during off-hours for the best experience.

有圓甜點菜單    

內用低消為200元/位,不限甜點或飲品,客滿時用餐限時90分鐘,水杯與餐具自取,不收服務費。飲品有咖啡、氣泡飲、牛奶、茶,甜點每日不同,以甜點櫃為主。由於光顧當日為試營運期間,甜點品項只有聖多諾黑和檸檬塔,價位落在200元上下,另有更大尺寸的聖多諾黑可預訂。若當日有喜歡的甜點,也可以先LINE店家預留。另一櫃還有販售宏安牧場安口蛋10入(165元/盒)。

There’s a minimum spend of NT$200 per person (including food or drinks), with a 90-minute time limit during peak hours. Water and utensils are self-service, and there’s no service charge. Beverages include coffee, sparkling drinks, milk, and tea. Desserts are made fresh daily and vary depending on what’s available in the display case. Since it was still the soft opening when I visited, only two dessert options were available: the Saint Honoré and a lemon tart, both priced around NT$200. There’s also a larger version of the Saint Honoré available for pre-order. If there’s a specific dessert you’re eyeing, you can reserve it through LINE. They also sell 10-packs of Hong-An Farm Anko eggs (NT$165 per box).

餐點介紹    

▼聖多諾黑 Saint Honoré 210元

當天原本鎖定的檸檬塔早早就完售了,店員說是人氣品項之一,下次想吃得趁早。於是改點了小尺寸的聖多諾黑,由反折千層、焦糖泡芙、香草卡士達與鮮奶油香緹組合而成,光看外觀就非常有法式甜點的精緻感。入口後,最讓人驚艷的,是底層的千層酥——酥脆的層次感清晰,香氣十足不油膩,每一口都吃得出製作的細膩。泡芙外層帶有淡淡焦糖脆殼,搭配滑順的卡士達和細緻的香緹鮮奶油,層次分明又不過於甜膩,耐吃。

I originally wanted to try the lemon tart, but it had already sold out early in the day—apparently it’s one of their most popular items. So instead, I went with the smaller Saint Honoré, made with inverted puff pastry, caramel-glazed choux puffs, vanilla custard, and Chantilly cream. Visually, it looked every bit like a classic French pastry—delicate and elegant. The standout for me was the base: a crisp, fragrant, and beautifully layered puff pastry that wasn’t greasy at all. Each bite revealed a lovely contrast of textures and flavors. The choux had a thin caramel shell that added a satisfying crunch, while the custard and Chantilly cream were smooth, airy, and just the right amount of sweet. It was rich yet well-balanced, and surprisingly easy to finish.

帶有淡淡奶香和茶本身的清爽韻味,茶葉品質不馬虎,就連回沖後也依舊保有香氣與風味,十分用心。最讓我驚喜的是,它和聖多諾黑意外地合拍——茶的清新剛好中和甜點的濃郁,搭配起來非常平衡,是一場意外又完美的味覺搭配體驗。

The tea had a subtle milky aroma and a clean, refreshing finish—a high-quality tea that even held up well after being re-steeped, which speaks to the care in their sourcing. What surprised me most was how well it paired with the Saint Honoré. The lightness of the tea cut through the richness of the dessert, creating a wonderfully balanced flavor experience. Unexpected, but truly delightful.

後記    

目前有圓甜點選擇不算多,但整體質感與用心都讓人感受到誠意,期待未來菜單能漸漸擴充,到時候又能和媽媽一起來報到,期待有圓甜點之後的法式新品😌

At the moment, you&_Pâtisserie doesn’t offer a wide selection, but everything we tried felt thoughtfully made and full of care. I’m really looking forward to seeing their menu expand in the future—hopefully with even more classic French treats. I’ll definitely be back with my mom for the next round of dessert discoveries 😌
