是來自大阪的正宗日式料理，其中廣島燒是我們每次來必點的餐點，除了可以在面前觀看完整的製作過程，感覺於鐵板上製作完成的就特別加分好吃

（英文版）This is the restaurant we have visited most frequently since coming to Australia. 🍽️ It’s an authentic Japanese restaurant from Osaka, and Hiroshimayaki is the dish we always order whenever we come. Not only can we watch the entire cooking process right in front of us, but the taste of it being made on the iron plate adds extra deliciousness! ✨🥢

⩥ 玉米起司廣島燒

可以依照菜單上的步驟自己DIY也可以請店員幫忙協助製作，除了整層的高麗菜外，還有玉米、起司和兩顆蛋，將麵條與所有配料整合後精華的便淋上美乃滋與大阪燒醬，再灑上海苔粉享用，整體口感豐富且份量充足可當一人正餐，不僅吃光廣島燒後十分有飽足感，也很有參與感，怪不得榮登最常吃的外食店🎉

⩥ Corn Cheese Hiroshima Yaki
Choose DIY or ask for help. Layered with cabbage, corn, cheese, and two eggs, topped with mayo and Osaka-style sauce. The portion is abundant enough to serve as a full meal for one person., satisfying, and interactive. 🎉

⩥ 唐揚雞

雖說是唐揚雞，不過口感吃起來比較像炸雞，份量不少，適合兩個人分！

⩥ Tori Ko Karaage
The texture tastes more like fried chicken. Generous portion, perfect for sharing.

⩥ 薯條

薯條炸的很酥脆，但又很有餡料感，一碗份量不少，旁邊還有些許生菜可以一同享用，愛吃炸物的殼仔馬上就吃掉一大半薯條🍟

⩥ Chips
Crispy fries with a substantial filling. Served generously in a bowl with lettuce leaves on the side. A quick favorite!

⩥ 生牛肉沙拉

肉質微生還不錯吃，生菜採用100%日本國產蔬菜，非常新鮮又解油膩，搭配凱薩醬非常好吃，為雙人套餐增添了許多風味🥬🥬

⩥ Wagyu Beef Tataki Salad
Tender meat, and the lettuce is 100% from Japanese domestically grown vegetables, which are incredibly fresh and help counteract greasiness. Combined with Caesar dressing, it adds much flavor to the double meal set. 🥬🥬

⩥ 大蒜炒飯

大蒜炒飯的風味濃郁調味好吃，口感偏溼潤吃起來不會覺得很乾，是不錯的主食選項。

⩥ Garlic Fried Rice
Rich, moist, and well-seasoned, a great main dish option.

⩥ 漢堡牛排生蛋飯

第一次吃生蛋半飯與漢堡牛排料理，調味是很日本的鹹醬油味，也是個很不錯的主食選項！

⩥ Wagyu Hamburg with rice
First time trying Wagyu hamburger with raw egg . It’s seasoned with a distinctly Japanese salty soy sauce flavor. A perfect main dish.
