Bak kut teh 肉骨茶 is a Chinese soup commonly found on the streets of Singapore and Malaysia, which is customarily prepared through many hours of simmering meaty pork ribs in a broth of pepper and garlic, amongst other herbs. And Song Fa has awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand for six years. It’s one of the Bak Kut Teh that you must try in Singapore.
