做法:
1. 白飯、毛豆蒸好
2. 我先混毛豆胡椒香油,再跟飯還有鹽昆布混和,當然可以直接全部拌好就可以

雞肉、耐燉蔬菜、洋蔥末、蒜末、濃湯包、牛奶
做法:
1. 雞肉跟馬鈴薯煎到表面金黃後取走,接續炒洋蔥末跟蒜末,再倒入濃湯包炒香,依次加入牛奶,加入雞肉跟馬鈴薯燉煮到馬鈴薯熟透即可
