What kind of cheese do you like?

Well, if I am in a good mood, light cheesecake would be better for me. However, if I need something to relief my stress, New York cheesecake would be the top choice!

This is my fav cheese cake in Taipei. Light cheese lesser the sweetness than the normal cake but add lots of soft texture.

Just like the description from its website, “dream cake with a cloud-like texture, refreshing taste, slightly sweet and without greasy. Keep the fragrant in your mouth, so you won't forget it for a long time!”

You can take a look from the side, it is obvious that the light cheesecake is the combination of two pieces of cake.

So light, so moist, and so soft. As soon as you put it into your mouth, you can feel the cake melting away, just like clouds. I bet no one can help but not keep cutting and tasting.
