[健康食譜] 匈牙利黃瓜沙拉 Hungarian Cucumber salad

我超愛吃酸所以這個醋為底的沙拉對我來說簡直完美。從冰箱拿出來的冰冰涼吃下去超級消暑。我覺得如果拌入通心粉應該超級好吃,下次一定會來試。

I love sour food so this vinegar-based salad was perfect for me. Eating it ice cold straight from the fridge is just amazing on a hot summer day. I feel like this would be perfect as a pasta salad and will definitely be trying it.

材料 Ingredients:

1. 1/4 杯白醋或是白酒醋 1/4 cup of white vinegar (or white wine vinegar)

2. 1/4 杯原味希臘優格1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt

3. 1tbs 油 oil

4. 1tsp 匈牙利紅椒粉paprika

5. 1瓣大蒜切末 1ckove of garlic finely minced

6. 1 1/2 tsp 鹽 slat

7. 適量黑胡椒 freshly ground black pepper to taste

8. 1 根小黃瓜 cucumber

9. 1 個紅色朱姬甜椒或是半顆紅椒 1 red mini sweet pepper or half a red bell pepper

10. 1 個黃色朱姬甜椒或是半顆黃椒 1 yellow mini sweet pepper or yellow a red bell pepper

步驟 Instructions:

1. 把小黃瓜、紅黃椒切片。

Slice the cucumber into wide chunks and the peppers into flowers.

2. 混合所有剩餘材料再把蔬菜加入拌勻。

Mix all of the other ingredients and toss evenly.

3. 靜置至少20分鐘更入味!

Let sit for at least 20 minutes for the best flavor!
