這部電影講述119的主角接線員與警察配合辦案，卻超出自己接線生的職責，去指導求救的人自保。所以讓人懷疑這樣「過分熱情的插手」是否跟他也遇過類似遭遇有關。疑點用ㄧ名自詡「被害人」的女性，讓主角協助他逃離先生的魔掌，只是介入後這名女性卻自我深陷悲觀，想要結束自己。

讓主角瘋狂地連線警察，動用自己的朋友關係，甚至像心理醫師開導她，結局令人顫慄（你們自己看，最後電影想要啟發我們的，就是主角這麼越權的原因-為了贖罪。人生知情動機背後的原因時，是一種放心、豁然、可以安然走向下一步的感受，像是主角曾經跟「被害人」有相同的遭遇，幹了壞事，所以想藉機拯救她，來讓心裡好過一些。
2025很多工作會被AI取代，其中就包括電話客服人員，提口本身也有接觸客服員的經歷，所以覺得這部電影很珍貴，因為恐怕之後就看到AI機器人，在處理客人的問題，深深感觸這個題材會成為歷史，就像我們現在電影裡有黑白電視的感覺，覺得不可思議，和只能想像，不能身歷其境。
畢竟時代過了就過了、不會融入生活、不會隨時抱著復古機，大部分人更不會因為喜歡，而放棄新時代的產物，最後舊時代的事物，只會隨著世代改變和淘汰，所以「接線生追輯」也只是生物演變的其中一個過程和環節了，到時候誰還會記得？大概都被滿滿的信息和知識埋沒了吧！
This movie was about 119’s telephonist coordinated with police but surpass his own ability. He told civilians how to defend and attack the bad guy that let people suspicious about why he over passion involved. Doubt was a woman who called herself a victim let him help her to defeat the bad guy. But the more he helped, the more he lead her to be depression.
Meanwhile, he was crazy about finding his helper which is his colleague and his police friend, even showed like a physicalist, enlightening her not to finish her life. All the reason is that he did the same thing as the woman so that he wanna decrease his guilty by rescuing her. Sometimes when we knew the motivation of the action, we feel safe, open-mind, suddenly see the light, which makes us wanna look forward to the next step.
There are many works that will be replaced by AI in 2025 include customer service. Tico has the experience of customer service that feeling this topic is getting precious. After a few years, we will be shocked by the robot serving us problems of consumption.
Therefore, it will become history. As if when we saw the white and black TV in the movie, we simply felt surprising but most of us won’t let this fit in our life. In hence, many old things will disuse by the generation. And “The Guity” will become a part of human evolution. Who will remember? I think we will submerge by full message and knowledge.
